Get ready to learn how to pamper your bling!

Jewellery Box/Storage:

Stash your bling in its original box, a jewellery box, or a cool, dry hideout. Remember to ditch the jewels before hitting the sack as acrylic pieces can be delicate!

Avoid Water:

To keep your pieces looking fab, ditch the bling when you're showering, bathing, swimming, or splashing around!

Avoid Sweat:

Lots of folks don't know that sweat & perspiration can turn your bling into a hot mess. Remember to remove your jewels and stash them away safely before hitting the gym.

Avoid Cosmetics:

Hold up! Make sure your lotions, hairspray, perfumes, and heavy moisturizers are all absorbed before rocking your jewellery. Those beauty products can mess with the metal parts like links and clasps!

Cleaning Your Jewellery:

Clean your pieces with soft cloths (like glasses cloth) or microfibre cloths to keep them shining.

Our repair service turnaround time is up to 8 weeks. Once your item has arrived, please allow up to 10 working days for your package to be processed by us our system and for us to contact you.

  • Email our team on hello@sassybirds.com. Tell us what's wrong and attach a picture of your piece so we can clearly see the item and the area that needs attention.
  • You'll receive a repair quote from us. If you are happy to go ahead with the repair, return your piece to us via registered postal/delivery service. Pack it safely & well and please, please, please don't forget to include a note with your name, email and address.
  • We’ll be in touch within 10 working days of receipt of your package to take payment for your repair, either by card payment over the phone or via PayPal request, before our team starts the repair.
  • Once we've completed your repair, your jewellery will be safely returned to you to the return address you provided.
