RETURNS
New, unworn items can be exchanged within 30 days. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund (less delivery costs), if within 30 days of delivery.
Personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, they can either be returned for exchange or store credit.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us up to 2 hours after placing it. Please be advised that personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after 2 hours, they can either be returned for exchange or store credit.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at hello@sassybirds.com
DAMAGED ITEMS
In case of a damaged item (if under warranty), we will exchange your item for a new one. Damaged jewellery pieces are eligible for a full refund (less delivery costs), if within 30 days of delivery.
GIFT CARD
Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
